Brother Larry S. Keenan, a 57-year member of IBEW Local 238 passed away unexpectedly on October 24, 2022. Brother Keenan was a Journeyman Inside Wireman, as well as a past apprenticeship instructor, Training Director, Recording Secretary, and Executive Board member. Brother Keenan's family held a private ceremony. Per the family's wishes, in lieu of flowers, Local 238 made a contribution to an animal rescue program in Brother Keenan's honor.
