Joel Hord has taken and passed the 10th District written and hands-on Journeyman tests given by Local 238 and achieved the classification of Journeyman Inside Wireman. Joel is employed by Gephart Electric at the Harrah's Casino Resort Expansion Project in Cherokee NC. Congratulations Joel!
