Joe's membership application to Local 238 was approved by the E-Board on Saturday, November 21, 2020. Joe was sworn in on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at the BESCO Western Carolina University job site by Rick Sluder, with Seth Carter and Chris McGlashan witnessing.
